What to do if a user comes across audio issues?

Virtro understands that technical difficulties can be annoying.

PPE Simulations has a built-in audio check in the settings menu within the portal.

If audio issues continue, please advise the user on the following:

  • Check that the microphone and headphones/speakers are working properly through the computer’s built in settings or system preferences menu

    • If using external microphones or headphones/speakers, unplug and plug them back in first

  • Restart the computer 

  • Use a different microphone or headphones/speakers

If all of the above steps do not work, please utilize the help resources within the platform and submit a request for assistance through the contact section.
