How can I help a User that misplaced their temporary password or account activation email?

If you invited the user through email, you can select the “Resend Invite” button next to their email. When doing so, you also have the option to resend their invite to a different email address. 

If you did not invite the user through email and only provided them with a user ID and temporary password, find out what user ID they were initially assigned and select their group. Scroll to the bottom to find a list of your pending invites and utilize the search function to find the temporary password associated with the user ID.
